I do not race my car or take it to the track, just need a new set of pads, what would be the best pads for a daily driver?

Another avenue is a simple set of Stop Tech Street Performance pads

I use them on the street & years ago, before going w/Carbotechs, used to track day them

 

My OEM pads went 45K. For the last 55K I've been on magic pads. They still look new.

 

I got a smoking deal on some Stoptech Street Performance. I put them on last weekend and already like them more than the Girodisc Magic Pads that were on the car prior. The Magics were low dust, low noise as promised, but in terms of feel and temperature capacity at the track, left a lot to be desired. They are definitely a street pad. The Stoptechs seems to get mixed reviews at the track, and i'm not expecting a whole lot. Again, street pad. When i go out for my next track day on the 23rd, i'll find out. Given my car's modest power and grip levels, i have a feeling that i'll be stoked for the price i paid.

I use ds2500's for street and occasional track, they hold up well, don't squeal much when installed right.
