Loosened Strut Tower Nuts

After a good bit of hard driving yesterday I noticed the car not feeling right and when inspecting things I found that my strut tower bolts had loosened up enough to where they would freely spin out just with my fingers. I had them on pretty tight before but they still backed off.

I just tightened them fairly tight with an impact. Does anyone else have this problem or does it possibly indicate a problem somewhere else? Should I use loctite on these?

Shows 33 ft lbs but I don't see how I wasn't even tighter than that before. Definitely way too tight now.

Is it a place where being torqued to spec is important or do they just need to be tight enough?

Not sure if being over torqued would affect any critical alignment type issues. Its just a connection Ive never had an issue with
