I am in need of a set of 10mm spacers what brand and/or model do y'all recommend and run?

Buy ARP extended studs, and billet spacers from JMFab.

 

Are they good for tracking and occasional drag racing?

 

When you say "by good" are you expecting a margin of error where they could break and your rim rolls of into the distance and you lay your head crying against the steering wheel?

Because if that's the case, we need to retalk your risk analysis.

Beyond that, it will be fine.

 

I have access to some 60mm extended studs from my buddy, and I want to order 15mm spacers to fit on stock wheels. Will 60mm be enough?

 

Measure the stock studs. They've got 5mm of leeway (you can use 5mm spacers on stock studs and be safe). Stock stud length + spacer width = what you need to order
