My car I have to run -2* rear camber to get to 0 toe, other wise I have toe out.

The grinding is discussed here. Post 4
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...djustment.html

This was suggested by my mechanic too, but I'm not loving it. Camber is at -2 degrees if I remember correctly, but I can check this weekend. The car is set at the levels/numbers Ohlins recommended out of the box, so not slammed. Plus that's not my style. I can raise the car up, but was just wondering what my options are.
Thanks everyone.

Interesting. I had not heard of this issue before. My Evo appears to be in the group without issues. Are you stuck with too much or too little toe? -2 degrees at the rear seems a bit much. Perhaps moving to -1.5 deg might fix the issue without having to grind or switch to an aftermarket toe arm. I'd be cautious of the Godspeed stuff. Its very likely to be low quality Chinese made - not good for suspension. I think that I would grind before I would go with Godspeed.

Thanks for the heads up on the Godspeed stuff. I hadn't researched it yet.

So bear with me on this, I'm no expert. Rear toe is set to +0"07 on both sides, but camber reads RL -2.05 & RR -1.95. I'm told toe adjustability is maxed out, forcing camber where it's at. I don't mind some negative camber for better cornering, but I'm concerned for premature tire wear.

So far my answer is raise the car? Be able to corner harder but be prepared to eat tires faster? I also found these- https://www.maperformance.com/produc...SABEgLclfD_BwE
I haven't dug into them to see if they'll do what I want, but at least they're made by some one reputable.

If you give us the fender lip to ground measurement, front / back, we will know how low you are & can give you a ride height opinion

0.14 deg total toe-in is fine, but I guess you're saying that it can't go any closer to 0 deg toe unless you add more camber?

Never mind, MinusPrevious nailed the first problem. Fender gap to ground measurement isn't equal anywhere, so I'll start by calling them Monday & finding out what's what. I'll report back with good news or more questions.

Not sure if we nailed anything. Dont be too concerned about not all 4 corners exactly the same. Mine are not either. Thats due to a number of reasons, i.e. non level surface.

If you report your average fender to ground dims, Ill let you know how that compares to mine. We were just suspecting that maybe youre too low & thats why the shop can not achieve the proper toe

Gotcha. Ground to fender gaps are as follows. Give or take 1/16"
Front left= 26 1/4"
Front right= 25 5/8"
Rear left= 24 1/4"
Rear right= 25 1/8"

The LR is super low & way off compared RR. Ok to have some variance but .88 off is way off

My EvO is a bit squatty in the rear & I am at 24 7/8" / Front is at 25 3/8"

With the rear that low, that could be the reason for the toe problem

Unless you leveled the floor, these numbers are probably wildtly off.

Need to measure from hub center to fender, not to the ground.
