i have curb damage on 3 of my stock evo wheels and do not want to pay the high price to replace them. are there any inexpensive wheels people would recommend? so far i am looking at the Motegi Racing FF7 wheels. also can i go wider than 8 inches on the stock tires? how much do the stock wheels weigh? please post any helpful information. thanks!

 

how much are you looking to spend? i think there's confusion as to how much the stock wheels weigh, but people have posted weights around 21 pounds i think? search for more info on that.

wider than 8 inches? sure, but it may stretch the tires.

really, my only real helpful addition to this post is to suggest TDR rims... look in "News on evo race wheels" thread for more info

$800 is the ballpark for the Team Racing Dynamics Pro Race 1. I got mine yesterday and they are a very nice looking wheel. Follow Hueman suggestion and give them a look see, hopefully taday a couple of us will get them mounted and post some pics.
