Sound

I have an polo vivo 2010 model. I replace the front wheel bearings both sides because there were a humming sound coming from front. Sound still occur. I did suspension check and mechanic says that nothing is wrong on suspension everything is fine, except for bend shock that is pushing on the wheel, so humming sound coming from unbalanced wheel. I did have an accident replaced all the bearings and joints on wheel. Could that be true? bend shock doing that to wheel?
