Coilovers and Spring Rate

Coilovers and Spring Rate
I can't decide if I want BC BR coils or Fortune 500 coils for my evo 8, I'll be going with the swift spring upgrade option. Does anyone have an opinion on these coils?
Spring rate...I'm not sure what spring rate I should be running for a 65% daily and 35% road racing/mountain run. I've seen guys run 8k/8k, 10k/10k. 8k/10k, 10k/12k.... Currently, I don't have any suspension mods. What do you guys think my spring rate should be?
thanks

IMHO I think FA's are the best performing & best quality coilover setup on the market under $1800+ for any platform. I don't have them on my Evo yet but I did have them on my s2000 and they were amazing. Rides similar to stock comfort with less body roll on soft setting but track worthy when stiffened up. Excellent build quality & adjustability, custom rates & valving available, made & serviceable in USA and they even come with a graph showing the testing results of your coilovers before shipping them out.

My limited coilover experience:
Ohlins are the best street/track coilover, if in your budget. They are dampened well enough to be REALLY nice on the streetBetween BC and FA? Not a hard choice. FA is better, by far. KW are okay if you get ClubSports. The V3 has very little support. Mine were fine for the street, but too soft of a spring rate for the track. Getting them re-evalved was about impossible. Also, I do not know how to properly tune a double-adjustable coilover, so I went a different route.
Not sure any of that helps, but that's all I have LOL.
Cliffnotes: I'd go FA, no question. I'd be running them right now, had I not come across my current setup for a decent price.
