Unhappy Really BAD braking evo VIII

Hi everybody, I have 3 evos (VIII, IX and X) and I am very disapointed with my evo VIII braking, 8 years with she, and never felt a good braking experience, very different than my other evos or my friend's VIII.

The problem is that I feel like a weak and insuficient pressure from the brake pads againts the rotors, the pedal feels good, firm and with a good height, but I requiere an extra distance to stop the car, and I don't feel the deceleration.

I have replaced the brake fluid many times, always with a good system purge, I have used many brake pads brands, from endless, brembo, and now Ferodo DS2500.

I am using girodisc two piece rotors in the 4 wheels.

Steel braided brake lines.

I have replaced the brake master cylinder with a new one.

And I have only reached slightly a better sensation, but so far away in comparisson with my other evos.

Any suggestion, advice or recomendation that can give a path, will be very helpful.

It is possible to receive a faulty "new" master cylinder, but I would lean towards the problem being the bleeding process first. The 8 and 9 brakes should feel the same with the same pads. The oem brakes have to be blead from two bleeder valves per caliper and in a specific order as described in the following write up. If this is the write up you used to install your SS brake lines and bleed your brakes, there must be something else wrong. There must be air in the lines somewhere or it is being introduced by something else.

Sounds like an issue with the booster. Make sure the vacuum line for the booster is good, as well as the check valve that's in it. And test the booster with a vacuum pump.

always 2 man bleeding, a lot of fluid wasted in order to make a good bleed, and following the 2 valves per caliper procedure and order.

I have tested with booster and without booster, some people use to dissable the booster.

A year ago I replaced the engine, and used a vacuum line with no check valve (booster not working), the pedal was hard, and a lot of force required to brake, but even with that extra force, no good braking. I want to mean, that even with no booster you may brake.

Now the booster line is working fine with the check valve.

Miles of use on the brake rotors? Could you show us a picture of the surface of the rotors?

When was the last brake fluid change

What brake fluid do you use?

Were the stainless brake lines on the car before you bought it, or did you put them on?

No difference, I installed the brake lines in 2010 when I bought the car.
Rotor change from oem to DBA in 2014, and from DBA to Girodisc in 2018
Many brake pads, no for wear, just looking for a better braking
Master Cylinder replaced in 2018
And many many brake fluid change, even ABS intentional activation to purge the ABS module

The only things that make a little change: master cylinder and agressive brake pads

I feel the pump doesn't make enough power

there really aren't that many components in the braking system that could be at fault, and it sounds like you already tried most of them. Have you considered rebuilding the calipers?

I wonder if there is some sort of problem with one or more of the calipers themselves.

How many miles on the car currently? How many miles on it when you bought it? Any accident history?
