What size tires to get?

Hello everyone, I currently own an evo 9 with some work 18x9 +30 and was looking at getting some Michelin Pilot Sports 4S but not really sure what size to get. I was looking at getting them in either a 255/40/18, 255/35/18 or 265/35/18. What would you guys recommend?

edit: added offset

Knowing the offset really helps in calling out a tire. But im a fan of 40 series tires either in 17" or 18". The 40 series is tougher to fit & the offset will certainly play a roll in fit-up

I currently have 245/40/18 and they don't rub or anything, I just want to run wider tires. Is there a way to find out the offset on the wheels?

Yeah, pull the wheel & look for this marking. Let us know what it is

245/40/18 or 255/35/18 is the way to go for 9" wheel

Good job on finding the offset. That is a nice wheel size (18x9 +30)

Sure, the 255/35 or the 40 is most common. You can go larger, up to a 265/35 but more rear fender work will be needed

W/the +30 running a 255/40 expect a rear fender roll & possibly the relocation of the rear bumper bolt. Some rear camber will be needed as well (approx -1.8 degrees to help clear the rear fender)
