Evo 9 Strut Replacement

Took my stock daily driver Evo 9 to mechanic to check on some noise that was coming from front passenger wheel area. Was told that i need to replace my struts and was given a part list that they need to repair. They highlighted 2 parts that they are unable to get and asked for me to try and find them or get some aftermarket ones. When searching for the OEM parts it did seem very difficult to find them or find them for a decent price. I am a noob when it comes to car repair and I am fine with getting aftermarket parts for replacement but i am unsure what i actually need to get. I had a friend suggest getting this TEIN Street Basis Z Coilovers Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 8/9 (03-06) GSR52- or Bilstein B14 (PSS) off RockAuto. If i purchased either of these kits, would it cover the two parts highlighted in yellow on the mechanics parts list or do i need something else? Would either of these cover any of additional parts on the list as well? Any help would be much appreciated!

Thumbs up

I have the PSS off of Rock Auto. All you need are the front main strut mounts - The three bolt mount off of the top of your old front strut. The rears have a two part rubber bushing that is sandwiched around the steel two bolt upper shock mount. These can also be reused. All of the rear mounts and I think the front mounts are made by KYB and available on Rock Auto. Bilstein includes everything else. The PSS will drop the car 40-50mm at each end. Here are pic's of mine - ignore spacers, I did that to bring car back to normal ride height. 50mm front 40mm rear.

They are stiffer than the yellow's. I have MR wheels but its an RS, I had KYB's stock. The yellow HD at stock height rode better than the KYB or PSS. PSS have heavier springs than stock. The adjustable PS9 could allow to tune the ride on the car. I street the PSS. fine on good roads. Sharp over bridge joints, does not have long bump stops like stock, B8, B6.
