Squeakin at 446 miles!

Should this even be possible? I have 446 miles on my car, not even 1k yet and i have a horrible squeaking noise! I've read my share of the threads on brakes and everyone is talking bout like 7k+ miles or so when they begin to have problems.... I don't know what this might be, might take the car into the dealership tmw, not sure yet, hopefully i'll get a response by then. Let me know what you guys think ;]

hoping it'll probly go away, read a thread that said that new brakes do that sometimes and it'll go away over time, but i've also read threads where people say that it was a noise that stayed with their car for thousands of miles, so i don't know, guess it'll be a trial and error case, thanks for the responses tho

The pads squeal because of the high performance compound that Mitsu chose for the Evo. Brakes that squal a bit are a perfectly normal thing on our VIII's. Don't worry about it.
