Ok, my 046's are almost gone, they are in really bad shape front ones (inside of the tire is gone) (rear is fine) and yes i allready changed them from rear to front. I did an alignment long time ago after installing tein-s springs not sure maybe
setting is screwd up, some people say the stock tires go out pretty quickly - i got 17K on my car right now, and i have a spare tires in my garage CONTI extremes form previous winter 95% left, should i use them and get an alignment after installing them or should i buy another set of tires i hate to give away $600 bux just for tires and after few months get another set? thats nuts i think i need camber kit or something how many people run their 046's without a problem on tein-s here? if so let me know an alignment setting.... thanks (sorry for a long post) iam just confused. what should i do...

17k is pretty descent milage for stockers.Thats about what I got outta mine on stock suspension. BTW..if you keep your eyes open you can find good deals on used AO46's. I got a pair for about $350 that had less than 1000k on them.

if the inside of the tire is gone, your toe might be way off. that eats tires a lot faster than excessive camber.

btw, I agree that 17k miles is good. this isn't a cadillac!

expect to replace summer tires every 15k-20k miles at most. went through rears on my M3 about every 10k.

i would like to know the proper alignment for Tein S with the advans.

it might be alignment... i had this problem about 2 months ago and the dealer ****ed up the alignment so i got new tires... my tires wore in the frong on the inside like none other... but you have new springs.. so idk about taking it to the dealer.. good luck though
