HOW MUCH TIME DIFFERENCE FROM 17" to 19" WHEELS??

How much difference do you guys believe there is going from stock wheels and tires to my OZ Superleggera 19's?? I have been told by Audi guys that at some horsepower levels guys have on back to back runs seen as much as a full second. This sounds pretty high to me. I could understand .5 or so. BTW I'm running 235/35ZR19 for rubber which is also almost a half inch larger diameter also.

The larger the wheel the more effort it takes to spin. Try this....stand in a clear area, spin with your arms tucked in close to you, then put your arms straight out and try the same. More energy gets chewed up with the latter of the two. Simple, but effective exp.

Obviously I understand that or I wouldn't have asked the question. I'm asking for people with real world experience and quarter mile time hard number differences. Thanks!!!

It wasn't that obvious :-) Anyways, I figure depending on your HP levels, you may see a half of a second. A lot of racers use 18" rubber, but if you notice drag cars, most run 16"s
