AMS working their magic on my Evo MR ... in NC.

First, thanks, to Chris for coming down and taking the time to tune myself and a select few this weekend in NC. Also, thanks to Taylor Motorsports for working with us on a dyno time that was agreeable to all. I am sure some of the others will be posting in here shortly ...

WW Evo GSR posted 350whp/370Tq .... Evo 9 w/ 850R // 480whp and then my Evo X MR ...

Note below for the diagram ... let's just say Chris did some magic ... I think this should be the highest HP MR on EvoM with a stock turbo.

Please note the wide-band on the dyno wasn't mounted correctly, so the A/F was off. However, to be safe, Chris dropped in some more fuel, getting the A/F down to 11.5/1.

With such light mods ... I can't believe the results.

That is true .. Chris said on his dyno it may only make slightly more than 300whp, but with my light mods, that still isn't bad.

honestly I pulled 303 whp and 307 trq on NO tune and my mods are AMS short ram intake, electric CUTOUT(open downpipe) UNTUNED stock boost!...in few weeks I should have INTER. pipes and Front mount...Ill dyno it like that...then tune and raise boost..

1 question and its not directed towards you...

Why is it that peopl do the UPIC only sometimes ? and not the lower ?

Im not trying to bash your HP dude just seeing if thats decent or pretty damn good for a intake and exhaust

dyno

That is truly amazing for a mustang dyno number. I honestly didn't think the turbo had it in to pull those numbers. What injectors are you running?

It is all stock ... after talking to Chris, I think the numbers are high, but still ... it is a good pull for such little mods. However, after the first pull, we stopped, recalibrated, and repulled again, and got (within 2 hp) the same number.

that is a little off. I ran out of fuel at 6k 338whp on the mustang. Afr went from 11.2 and headed for the hills. I think that's where the max is for stock injectors. So 350 and still have plenty of fuel? Maybe you have a more efficient set up.
I wonder what weight they use for the rollers.

I don't remember the weight ... seemed to be 5200lbs, but I could be wrong. Again, don't claim to be a dyno expert, was just happy I had 'decent' numbers, even if I had to apply a correction.
