There are no notes specific to E85. I assume the same boost as for 93 applies for Stage 2 :
"Boost Targets: ~25psi peak boost pressure tapering down to ~18psi by the 7500 RPM redline, +/- 0.8psi."
Clearly a tuner with ProTune software can adjust it. Not sure, but I think individuals with RaceTune software can, too.
Edit: I checked the E85 OTS boost plot, highest was 25.7 so it's inline with the map notes.

The Cobb E85 maps go with 800cc injectors. It works well enough, duty cycle was 95% at peak and the AFR was still conservatively rich. I'm not an expert and can't comment on what affect bigger injectors would have on driveablity, cold starting etc. I'm happy with my decision to stay on the 800cc's.

You could get a few more hp/tq with 1000s and a custom tune (10-15hp). Cams can add another 10-15. We figure that a full bolt-on car with stock turbo & cams should break 400 but perhaps only by a nose.
The 800s were released first, the off the shelf Cobb tunes are conservative, and 800 injectors are cheaper...so there's no good reason for Cobb to have customers go with 1000s.
