I doubt that a stock GT-R would dyno that high on a Mustang. The GT-R also will eat its tranny after just a handful of launches (and cost $10k to replace). If you don't change the oil at a Nissan dealer you can lose your warranty--they are at least as bad as Mitsu on that front.
2. Launch any twin clutch to hard or often and it will break, including this MR
I was just making a point, I have a MR and love it.

i would love to see that race
I am putting a Bosch 044 pump on tonight, fed by a walbro 255 that feeds from my surge tank. This should solve my fuel issue completely and allow me to make a bit more power. I still have to launch the car at 4785 rpm, wich is very very difficult. 35r's just don't like to come out of the hole at this rpm. Everything with this car, (MR) when tuned to the edge gets really touchy, becaue the transmissions ultimate self protection when you exceed certain limits is to pop the clutch open. I will say the challenge of it is half the motivation for me. I have to admit though that putting a GSR 5 speed with a quartermaster clutch in the car and calling it a day has crossed my mind...... at least 50 times.
Needless to say I'm not making any 1/4 mile predictions. I will say that it anihilates CTS-Vs from 90 rolls.....

Hahaha, ditto for me and my slow little VIII
Congrats on the numbers though man, that is pretty awesome especially for someone who is somewhat local (Texas anyway). I really like the work that Cobb in Plano has done with the MR's while being able to keep them realiable at the same time. I'll be keeping an eye on your updates to see how well and how long this setup last. Good work again man, and keep it coming
