Your crank HP estimates are likely pretty close, if the GST Mustang Dyno is somewhat stingy (ie ~30% losses from crank) then 480 crank HP and 117-118 mph trap speeds should be doable if you ride out 4th gear to at least 8k rpm.

You might consider a test pipe or high flow cat of some sort and then do that mod to the stock muffler where the diverter section is removed. That will increase sound only slightly but retain the stealth looks and likely result in a solid 15-20 whp increase based on the fact the turbo you have "wants" to move more air.

His rev limiter is not 8k.

Might as well post an update. I warrantied the DW1500 injectors with DW1300 injectors and finally replaced them with FIC1100s and a retune @ FFTEC about 5 months ago which actually gave me a power bump of 300WTQ and 385WHP. No more grumpy misfires and crap idle! Still running stock clutch @ 51k miles (25k miles running this setup so far). Fixed broken picture links in first post.

Current Mods:
Nisei UICP
Nisei LICP
GST boost pill
BBX Full Turbo
FIC 1100 injectors
BlaqOps Single pump kit
Sean @ FFTEC tune (E85 only)
No Wideband
No Map switching
Stock downpipe
Stock Cat
Stock catback
Stock Cams
Stock FMIC
Stock Clutch

Glad you finally got rid of those craptastic DW injectors

Nice! My last car was pretty loud, kinda liking the quietness of the stock exhaust right now. Nice to see you can make power on stock exhaust if you want to.

This is really good to her. I live in the Bay Area as well and wanting to get a E85 Tune soon. Will be doing ETS Intake, AMS DP, MXP Test Pipe, MXP Exhaust, ETS Intercooler, and ETS UICP and LICP. Seems like this place is legit.

I would only let Bryan(razorlab), Sean @ FFTEC, or MikeW @ RRE tune my cars in CA.
