Congrats. While you did gain power above 5200 rpm, you lost power below that. Eyeballing the chart, your Evo lost close to 100 ft-lb @ 3500-3600 rpm and close to 55-60 hp at 4500-4600 rpm. I guess that is the trade off when you go with a bigger turbo, unfortunately.

Wow, another great shop that is too far away for me. Results are awesome with stock cams, and the spool loss is pretty minimal compared to what I expected.

I am saving for a mild upgrade, highly considering a BBX lite.

I bet that car is a blast, thanks much for sharing!

I believe is called not having cams.

Ivey and his shop really are wonderful. I was ecstatic with the results on stock cams to be honest. The spool is great too. The car has really been a blast, and I'm looking forward to some cams in the future to see what more I can get out of it.

I was between the BBX lite and the FP Green myself. I don't think you can go wrong either way. I just got an awesome deal on the green. Whichever you decide you'll love it man. I got exactly what I wanted with a 400+whp daily driver.

That's true. That won't be the case for too much longer though.

You're looking at the graph wrong. The Green rockets by the stocker at 3800rpm. The horsepower curves are dark, the torque curves are light.

You are not reading the chart correctly. The losses down low with this turbo are minimal, and there is no place where he is losing anything close to 100ftlb.

After the 3700RPM the Green Destroys the stock turbo, DESTROYS IT!

Let me go ahead and be a mr. me too... There's no disadvantage of having a bigger turbo, and the loss of tq on a bigger turbo vs. stock form is non-exsisting. Big turbo= more awhp+tq+boost. Plus 2nd that motion of the green smashing through stock form output on some hulk shiet.

Great numbers. I wish we had some high hp Xs in my neck of the woods, unless I don't know about em.
