IVEYTUNE: FP Green + Bolt-Ons!

EDIT: Pics on page 2

I just got my car back earlier today from Ivey's shop with some new parts. Before I go any further I just want to say how great their shop is and the people there. They really took care of me and had me up to date over the few days my car was there. Also, they got all my parts in extremely fast! So a big thanks to Sean, and everyone at the shop!

Okay, now on to the new mods that were just installed... I went with an FP Green, FIC 900cc injectors, ARP Rod Bolts, MAP o2 DP, Rexpeed Testpipe, GM 3port, AEM Boost Gauge, and AEM Wideband. The car made 424.06 whp and 359 tq and feels absolutely phenomenal and drives so smooth! I picked up almost 100whp and 41 tq since my last tune there as you can see on the graph as well. I honestly wasn't expecting to get this much power out of the car. Again, big thanks to Iveytune and everyone there. Here are the dyno graphs

EDIT: I'll have some video of the dyno pulls up on Monday.

Very nice tune and very similar to my results.

What boost levels are you running and what were the temps at the time of the dyno pulls?

Thanks man! I saw your results in your Green thread and was hoping for similiar which is what I got .

Boost is at 25psi, and at the bottom of the sheet it says the temps, but it's very small and hard to read on the scan. The temps at the time of the pulls were 66.12 degrees.

Thanks man! Ivey did a great job. I was debating between the red and green myself, but Ivey suggested the Green to me because the red wouldn't have seen much more power without cams he said. Also, I love the spool. Car should have came like this from Mitsubishi .

I agree 100%, though maybe at 20psi....480bhp would have meant a $60K price tag

I really like that powerband. I wonder how much the car can pick up if you decide to run E85 if it's available in your area.

If my memory from reading is accurate, about 40wtq and 20whp....just fyi a green at 29psi can hit 400+wtq around 4000rpm on 93 octane....so 440-450wtq on E85

what sort of spool are you looking at vs. the red? I've considered a new turbo in the past, but wasn't sure of the green or red. Which one requires more additional mods to get it running in the 400 hp range? How well does it hold boost? It looks like pretty good?

Congrats on your new found power. I would suggest upgrading internals next.

I've hear conflicting things about the spool between the two. Meaning some people have said that the red can spool as early as the green. After talking to Ivey though he said the Green will spool earlier by atleast a few hundred rpms and make the same type of power as the Red without upgrading cams etc... After speaking with him, I found the Green really suited my needs of getting a 400whp+ daily driver with some more room for power if I decide to build more as the turbo isn't maxed out yet and I don't have cams etc... To run in the 400 whp range I don't think one neccessarily requires more mods than the other really, just the difference in spool and that the red has more power potential by a little bit, especially at the top end if you're going to do springs etc... The green holds boost very well though. Hope this helped some.

Thanks man, much appreciated! Internals will come shortly down the road. I'm sure a new clutch will be coming first though . BTW, your car is going to be a beast when it's done. I'm excited to see your results! Best of luck with your build.
