For now Sam lol, it's your daily. I just hit 27k and it's an 08, how many miles you have on your 2012???

FYI: not fully loaded either, you need the rear spats, side skirts, and front lip. I have a true "fully loaded EVO"

Don't let stuff like this discourage you from modding. Things like this will always happen for various reasons, but buying quality parts, and doing your research will minimize this. As well as choosing a good tuner.

thanks for the reply!! Im was just wondering, because it shows it was making 362 awhp and 336 awtq on the dyno, doesnt stock internal take that kind of power safely? was it mechanical failure due to poor tunning or was it making more than the dyno when it went kaboom? i do live in dallas texas, so im fortunate enough to have cobbtuning of plano close by. I'm really hesitant to do a bpu+ if the stock internals wont hold. will be doing the basic mods, but the turbo will stay stock for sure. will the car run better with upgraded injectors and fuel pump with stock turbo? if so, there's a plethora of injectors out there and cant decide on wich to buy, would like to know which is the one with the least injector failure, 1000cc just in case i do decide to have a double tune one for 93octane and e85 on my accesport. thanks to everyone

Nice Numbers! How hard does it truly pull ? Does it feel at all flat anywhere on the power band?

Yes, stock internals should be able to take that kind of power, but I believe his issue stemmed from an overboost. You can be at 300whp and overboost and still do damage to a turbo haha.

Yes, every mod helps, but on stock turbo you will see some deminishing returns from head mods ( cams, springs, valves, retainer, etc...) and fuel delivery(pump, injectors) unless you are running e85.

What I mean by that is: with full boltons and a tune, you will probably see about a 110-120whp gain over stock ( assuming stock evo is about 220-240 whp, depending on the dyno, and the full boltons put you at around 350, which is normal) The headwork, fuel dlivery will probably only get you up to about 375? maybe 385? Only about a 25-35 whp gain, and the parts/labor aren't cheap. Now if you add e85 into the mix ( depending on availability) e85 will make all of those a much better investment ( LOTS more torque, and a bit more power)

Sorry for the long explanation haha

tl;dr version: Stock pump and injectors will be just fine until you go past bolt-ons

Thank you jookies

How much is considered overboosting? on my accesport i keep it on boost pressure monitor settings. Today driving back from the mall for the first time i saw 29psi for the first time, usually look every now and then to check. its always been 27 psi max. currently my mods are injen intake with uicp and a ams single exit catback. using ots cobb accesport map stage 2. ive look at the log for knock counts imo looks good. i know i need to get a pro tune, wich i will in the next two weeks after i get my intercooler, cobb ebc solenoid, cobb licp, and full ams down pipe bell mouth test pipe. i ve atacched the logs. thanks in advance!! btw i love how detailed of your explanations.

Haha, thanks! I try to be as helpful and detailed as possible when I can haha. 29 is on the high side, but before my protune I was driving in the winter with stage 2 and spiking to 28 or 29. As long as you aren't seeing 30+ and you aren't seeing it sit at the high Psi for too long (the wastegate should intervene and fix it)

As for your projected mods, they look good with the exception of the LICP. LICP give pretty much no power (and the stock LICP doesn't balloon under boost like the UICP does) and just ends up being a bit of extra money to spend with better ways to spend it. (shifter bushings, short shifter) other than that, your list looks really good and full of quality parts.
