Cons E85 on cold weather?

What are the CONs on going E85 on cold weather. nothing like extreme cold, but somewhat. lowest would be around 45,44'. Would it damage anything in the motor or would not be recommended to be driven on cold wheather. Does any one have encounter smoothing like this or manage to work with it. i know one can go with two maps, thing is i only drive the car weekends and if its going to be sitting down with E85 gas would that be bad? Help guys
