Hey guys, new here but not new to cars. I'm looking for a set of gauges and have read a decent portion of this thread to see what people think about these. Obviously the main concern is going to be reliability and accuracy, only thing is I've seen quite a few people either ask about the above mentioned and not get answered or I've seen almost a 50/50 mixed review. It almost seems like it's luck of the draw. But I could be wrong and I don't want to bad mouth or assume the wrong thing about someone product, that being said if you don't mind I'd like to hear about accuracy, reliability and why there seems to be such a large mixed review of the gauges.
They look fantastic and have a excellent appearence, but something that looks this great...I go to look at the price and I have to wonder, you see what I'm saying?
Thanks for the help and if some of you guys would rather PM me versus reposting your thoughts and opinions I would appreciate that as well.

my boost gauge seems pretty accurate, before the MBC it read 19 peak. oil pressure and temp seem right on. the wires had to be extended when i got them installed which was a small pain but no big deal. no other problems so far.

originally the probes were god awful...they would barely last 3k miles but the new ones as a couple months now have been great, haven't had to send out a single replacement other than an install error (bent it)...

I love my new Prosports! I rigged a switch on my custom switch panel to change the color of the gauges at anytime instead of tapping into the illumination wire to do the job:

I have three prosport gauges. The one is a peak/hold boost gauges. I want to know if i can change the beep sound it makes when i boost high. I boost at 24 peak and it beeps everytime. It' really annoying
If i can, can i change to like 27 so its useful?

You can change the warning function at anytime by holding down the set key for 5 seconds. After that, the gauge enters Warning Set Mode. Press and hold the button down again to move the pointer to the 27 psi. Holding the button down moves the pointer quickly, pressing it repeatedly moves it slower and more accurately. If you overshoot your desired number, continue to hold the button down as the pointer will go around the dial clockwise and then counter-clockwise.

Thanks so much, sounds easy. The beep use to be useful cuz i would hit fuel cut after i heard it so i would let off the gas, now i got a flash so i am running 24 lbs and thats where the warning is. The guy who flashed it for me said you have to change that, its so annoying. I found that out quick.
