I think I remember reading the Premium harness won't work on the Evo so I'll need to change out the connectors. Are my current boost and oil pressure sensors compatible with the Evo series? Sorry if this has already been answered. I scanned over the last couple pages but didn't see it.

This is a video one of our distributors made. The boost sensor is the same but the OP sender is different.

are you able to calibrate the evo series boost gauge? i've had a prosport boost gauge before and it never seemed to 0 out when the car was off.

No, you cannot "calibrate" them but they are already calibrated and thus nothing you need to do -living in PA.
We have made many changes to our products over the years -one of them is the boost sendors. We now use Motorolla sensors- they are spot on.

You should make a boost gauge that reads to 50psi. THAT would deserve to be called an Evo gauge :-p

We do already have a digital boost gauge that reads up to 45 psi & a Premium series boost only gauge that reads 0-60 psi.

Can't believe this hasn't bbq'd updated yet. There's no ETA on the boost gauges because of the tsunami. Still patiently waiting on mine.

Got a response from Prosport - We expect to have them back in stock in about 18 days.

I've been looking at getting Prosport's but I've no idea which would be better-suited...

I'm only looking at amber gauges, and I've been trying to compare the Performance and Premium gauges and have no idea which would be better. I don't have a problem paying the difference in the Premium's are worth it. The thing I do like about the Premium's is the warning feature.. I was planning on getting an Oil pressure gauge so the flashing would be nice.

From the pictures the outside housing on the two looks different colors, but I'm looking to see if anyone knows all the differences between the two.

Also, would there be any benefit to getting the Performance for the manual boost gauge instead of electronic? I won't ever be above 3,000ft except maybe to go skiing, but I don't plan on driving a lot (have friends with SUV's anyways)

Both of our performance and Premium carry the latest stepper motor movement core so accuracy is the same. If you want the peak/Recall and warning them premium is the way to go.

If you do live in high elevations we always recommend a Mechanical Boost Gauge.

Do you have any more specif questions in regards to the premium line?

Do you have a more "detailed" difference between the two if there are any?

The ones I know:
Premium has warning / recall which Performance does not
Premium looks to have a darker bezel than the Performance
Premium looks to be "bigger" inside the gauge (takes up more of the available space or has a smaller margin between the bezel and the marker points) than the Performance

And that's all I can come up with...Are they both configurable to be light as amber full-time? I'm looking to make them the same as the dash lights, so always amber and always on regardless of side markers / headlights being on

I do have one question now that I think of it:
What are the depth dimensions on the two?

All really good questions. you pretty much got every thing that is different. The premium also comes with a mounting cup, can be daisy chained, includes plug and play wiring harness's for the senders and has a smaller more accurate Oil press. and fuel pressure senders.

The performance gauges are 2.25" in depth
The premiums are 1.25" in depth

However we are changing the performance series to also have a stepper motor movement inside so they will also be about 1.5 " deep in about 40 days.

Yes, you can have the gauge light up amber day and night or white day and night.
