I bought an Evo X MR back in July, and I've been noticing this incredibly annoying rattle whenever any low frequency rumble comes over the sub. I can't for the life of me figure out what part of the car is rattling, but I really, really want to make it gone! Anyone else experiencing this, and already have it figured it out?

 

Get used to rattling bud, that's the way these cars roll, especially in the winter time. I have no idea what your case may be, but expect more to come.

 

I haven't noticed any increase in rattling since the onset of winter really. The rattle I'm hearing sounds more like a loose interior panel, and only happens with songs that have absurd amounts of bass. Not really my usual fair, but extremely annoying when they get airtime.

Strip your door panels, install Dynamat in the door cavity and on the door panel. Worked wonders for my install. Allows your speakers to be heard more clearly. Makes your ride quieter.
