Hey Guys,

Ive been searching through the forum for hours now trying to find some
answers but cant really find anything specific to a UK model.

What i`m trying to do is fit a remote start system to my EVO X (2009).
Has anyone in the UK fitted one or can recommend the easiest way to achive this?

Obviously i would be glad to hear from anyone with any imformation that might help but anyone from the UK thats had one installed would be great.

I live in Canada. Dealer installed it for me, you need to pass some safety..

I owuld never have remote start as I always leave my cars parked in gear. Have you tried MLR ?

^ It`s a SST twin clutch so no worries there, Its just trying to find the best way to do it.

I noticed mitshibishi do a remote start module themselfs in th US but at present i`m unable to find out if this will work on UK cars from my local dealers

UK wiring is a bit different compared to past evo's. I will have to see if directechs has a wiring diagram for the UK model.

don't you have to have your foot on the brake like an auto to start an SST?

In my SST I don't have to put my foot on the brake to turn the car on. I have only experienced that with push-button start cars.
