Seems too good to be true...
The part # corresponds to the unit...

What do you guys think? Their other model # which is supposed to be the same part is $2000

You also need to buy the installation kit which is $400 something.

So $1400 total sounds about right?

Kind of interested in this myself. Does this include the 30GB HDD?

That's what I'm confused about. I actually just purchased it on ebay this weekend for $1000 with all hardware except the dash vent piece so I won't bother calling mitsubishiparts.

But I think it's a typo... doesn't make sense!

The first one listed above is for a 2009 Ralliart. The second link is for a 2008 X. I can't tell you what the differences are.

It contains a 40GB harddrive (while the literature indicates it's 30). The harddrive is an internal, non-serviced [by Mitsubishi] component of the MMCS/NAV system.

Send a PM to RussellM. He's a vendor on here for mitsubishiparts.net. He'll be able to make sense of this and tell you if the prices are legit (which I'm going to guess they are) and he'll be able to tell you the differences between the two.
