Sounds like a bad camera to me.

And don't listen to the idiots who didn't buy a camera from China. WHat they for get is that piece of crap 400 camera was probably made in China too.

I paid less than $25 for mine, and it works great. Just needs a bit of silicone to seal the lens. Far better than spending even $50 for something that MIGHT be better.

i'm guessing it's either a bad power connection to the camera, the actual video feed, or an actual bad camera...but it's a connection issue regardless though.
