Again, you guys will be dissapointed in the product once you get it. They havent changed the UI which is shoddy to begin with.
Hopefully this thread doesnt turn out as poorly as the Mazda thread did when they had a NEO adapter built for the Mazda/Mazdaspeed3. (9 out of 10 pre-orders were returned with myself setting up the group buy and being stuck with the NEO unit that I couldnt give away)

As bad as I gave my full feedback on the first page.
I had the NEO adapter for my Mazdaspeed3 and it was NOT the product they advertised. Infact I setup a group buy on Mazda3forums for the NEO adapter and all 9 of the other buyers return the product.
Did not work with the wheel mounted controls, the factory button combinations were more difficult than left/right/left/right/A/B/B/A/half circle/up/down/L/R and that was just to get the darn thing to change playlists.
Some combinations involved holding the "next" button for EXACTLY 2.0000 seconds. 1.9999 seconds resulted in random playlist changes, 2.000001 seconds and it would change the source.
Also, response time was unreasonable (~5 seconds for track info on the factory display).
Ultimiately I ran the thing in default mode and used the iPod directly as I had already invested nearly $200 in the NEO and didnt want to drop another $150 for the GROM unit.
For the investment you should just use the iDax head unit from Alpine. Its marginally more expensive and the new ones can stream Pandora with full controls. Its a serious upgrade over the NEO. I've used this for 4 months and love it, another friend has one in each car without regret.

Just take it to the next level and put an iPad in there. This guy's idea looks good.
