2011 evo x, ipod usb issues

hey guys i just picked up a 2011 evo x.

tried to put my iphone 4 into the usb, kept saying retry connection.

any ideas?

sooner the better thanks, i cant stand not listening to music!

Sri, I don't remember how I did it, I just followed the instructions in the manual. It was pretty easy.
