DVD in-motion hack

does anybody have the file needed to burn to CD to enable DVD in-motion on the MMCS?

i've searched and gone through a million posts, dead links, and various forums, but can't find the files needed. the various linked fileshare sites don't seem to have the files anymore.

FWIW, i won't be watching videos while driving, i want it to make my music DVD's act normal.
