I recently just installed a Pioneer Avic-x930bt in my 08 Evo. Now something I noticed on the wiring harness I got (which looks like some cheap POS IMO) the red and yellow wires were swapped...so red (constant 12)on the stock wiring is yellow on the wiring harness. yellow is red.

I saw a few wiring diagrams, but not any pictures, so I was wondering which is the red I need? Also, what is the 2nd harness the stock radio plugs into for?

You need to switch your constant and swithed wires around. It isn't constant power to keep your settings. simple fix. Other two plugs are not needed for aftermarket they are for SSS package radios.

I did do that but just to be sure, what color are the wires on the stock harness?

if you have a voltmeter you can check which one is 12v constant and which is 12v switched and go from there... match what you find in your car to what the radio needs to operate correctly and adjust the harness accordingly
