MMCS A/V mode doesn't work

Hello, everybody, this is my first post, and there is a problem ,anybody can help me ?

I bought a used MMCS ,it's removed form a 2009 Outlander, the type is 261EM E-03,but when I change it to the A/V mode, touch the FM, CD,musicsever or DVD button, program doesn't respond. I think it is fake crash, and the other mode doesn't any problem.
I think update the firmware will solve the bug, but how can I get a new firmware to upgrade program to make the A/V mode work properly?
Or do you have any better suggestions?
My English is not good, please forgive me.

the MMCS integrates into the rest of the car, so perhaps the other stuff in the Evo is not the same as the Outlander

The dealership should be able to help with the firmware

The MMCS system is not the easiest to diagnose. I had a problem with mine where it all worked but had no audio output (short of the button beeps.... but only on an outlander and not on the Evo). Other than finding a local OEM headunit expert, I'm not sure what else I can be done.
