OEM Bluetooth with aftermarket HeadUnit

I have an Eclipse AVN6620 headunit installed. Does anyone know if I could make the OEM bluetooth unit work with an aftermarket headunit?

Eclipse sells the unit and you could likely splice the microphone to work. Not sure about the buttons.
