Well, as the title says, my battery vent tube keeps coming out of the vent hole in the battery.

I had to remove the battery this week to install my audio setup, and I reinstalled the vent tube. I felt it click in the hole, and the next time I looked, it was out. I pushed it back in, felt the same familiar "click" and figured it was in securely. A few hours later, I notice it's out again.

Anyone have an idea ? I'm gonna try just putting tape over it, but I don't like the fact that it keeps popping out. Seems to me this could be a potential hazard down the line as it's not something I normally check. It's just because my rear seat was out that I noticed.
