I just tried getting my XM radio going back again but now it seems it not receiving a signal somehow and the unit says "updating". Anyone have any clues why? I did the whole walk through with the xm tech support, the only thing I haven't done is unplug my battery to force a hard reset but they kept telling me thats not why and take it to the dealership.

 

Start from the beginning...did you do the standard refresh straight from the website?

 

Well how do you go about doing that? It just worked when I originally bought it 2 years ago.
