in the process of doing this but you have a long ways to go.

fist, you need to get a the nav that supports this and second, you need to get a bluetooth that has streaming capabilities.

here is a good read but like what you said, not concrete enough.

wouldn't the easier way be to get a Bluetooth receiver, DC adapter, and plug it into the AUX RCA jacks (probaly would need a mini stereo jack to RCA adapter also)?

nope, just Bluetooth phone operation.

no USB on mine, i added a 12V outlet hidden under the shifter console, with an ipod connector-to-12V+audio out. plugged audio out into RCA inputs.

ipod stays plugged in to charge and sits in the cubby behind ashtray when not in the car. in use, i used a mount (button on back of ipod, receptacle mounted under vent near steering wheel) and just hook it to that when driving.

Just wanted to co-sign that this product works wonderfully, i've been using it for a year and a half with my tablet setup on my '08.

Ok I have something that maybe someone here could help me with? I have a 2011 ralliart with the Rockford system 6 disk changer and I do have the RCA's in front of the shifter as well as the USB in the glove box but..... I cant get anything to work with the USB as far as an iPod goes? I have tried 2 different iPods and about 6 different cables and all I get it that it will charge but says on the iPod ok to disconnect and no music playing? Also if I do the Bluetooth streaming from my phone or for that matter a phone call the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and reconnecting? That may be my phone rogers is sending me a new one cause they think it might be a phone thing but still cant get the iPod to work through the USB? Please help??????

might be covered under warranty.

its behind the glove box, right beside your USB.

In fact the USB is attached to the bluetooth module.

as i have mentioned the USB is connected to the bluetooth module so if the bluetooth module is not working then i would say the USB is not working as well. the USB is just a connector.

MZ314502, thats the part number but apparently you hvae to order through the US as it doesnt exist in Canada.

on post 3 there is a link, click it.
