I need help in choosing an AMP!

So i got this JVC 12" 1200w subwoofer plus an enclosure for $50NZD

and now... Im choosing between these amps:

http://www.hyperdrive.co.nz/product/.../174793/detail (with remote bass controller)

and...

http://www.jvc.co.nz/KS-AX3101D.html (without remote bass controller)

Which one should i get? I dont know if the rockford fosgate would be enough to give the punch out of my JVC subwoofer. One cool thing about it is the remote bass controller that comes with it which the JVC amp does not. I need help lol

I just recently found out that the sub is 350w RMS. It is DVC and 4 ohms.

Okay so can use any mono amp that is rated for 2ohm mono.

Do you have a budget? Remember you'll need wires and a few other odds and ends as well
