Need Headlight help - high beams

I had a professional retrofitter install some RX330 projectors into my headlights. The problem is when they blacked out the headlights they painted the reflector lenses for the high beams..

Now I have no working high beams and need some kind of alternate solution. Does anyone have any advice for me? They were suggesting using some CREE bulbs like this -
Amazon.com: Genssi 2x 80W CREE White 9005 HB3 High Power LED 12V DRL Fog Light LED Lamp: Automotive Amazon.com: Genssi 2x 80W CREE White 9005 HB3 High Power LED 12V DRL Fog Light LED Lamp: Automotive

But it doesn't seem like that will provide much light either. Am I SOL unless I get new headlights?

yes you are screwed, unless you can remove whatever they blacked it out with

the high beams rely on a conical shaped reflector to shine the light, not so much a powerful bulb

I already asked about that and they said that they scuffed the reflectors before they painted so even if I could get the spray paint off they would be messed up pretty badly..
