2010 Evo X aux not working

I have a 2010 evo x with the touchscreen Rockford fosgate stereo, when I open it so the screen comes out to show the aux socket, and plug it in, it doesn't play.
The volume is turned up in the car and on the phone, but nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

i think, that port under the screen is for programming at the dealer. i have a 2008, with RF Nav unit and my Aux port are the two RCA jacks behind the ashtray.

Ah, makes sense. I have the video input (red white and yellow) behind the ashtray, haven't noticed an aux port

Thanks
