Bluetooth Audio Delay?

Hi, I can't seem to find a fix anywhere for this but when using bluetooth audio does anyone else experience a 2-3 second delay when changing tracks or even just entering their passcode (phone unlocks instantly but the tactile sound comes 2-3 seconds later)? I'm using an iPhone 6 with iOS 9 and have deleted/paired the device multiple times. Any help would be great, thanks.

I honestly have to think its something in the phone that causes the problem. I had the same thing, I even replaced the head unit with a pioneer avic and the Bluetooth still has weird issues. Same thing in my other car too. iPhone 6.

The delay is pretty much standard for any bluetooth audio device. It's not phone or radio dependent.

Easy way to see the delay in real time is to watch a youtube video when connected to BT audio.

Is there a way to fix it? I don't have this issue in any other vehicle.

This delay you talk about is specific to our cars.. No other car has had BT audio delay more than half a second.

Same issue with mine, and sometimes it gets frozen from using the steering wheel controls, I barely use it anymore because of that.

Even later to the thread.. I believe it's intentionally done so people can't watch movies while driving.
The unit in the Mitsubishi has a huge delay but the aftermarket Kenwood in my Camry is instant.
