Serious Electrical Problems

Hello,

I recently had a shop replace my wiring harness/ ECU / Etacs unit. Currently my reverse lights, radio, wipers, speedo, and a couple other things don't turn on. Key fob works fine. Pretty clueless on what to do. Also, the car consistently thinks the trunk is open. I am wingless but I don't think that makes a difference. This causes my little led screen on the dash to on and the trunk light to stay on even when the car is locked. Every morning is car barely starts due to the battery being drained from this.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would love it.

Thanks!

Not sure if these are suppose to be connected? This stuff isn't exactly something I am familiar with.

The black and white connector is a JOINT connector and doesnt have to be connected.

Why did the harness get replaced any way?
