You should really be running a new, larger gauge wire from pin 87 to the walbro to support the higher amperage. Check out this writeup:

the fatter wires are going to be your power and ground. My guess would be black is ground and blue is power. You can download the FSM for free from the evoscan website and it has all the circuit diagrams in it if you want to be sure. Or you can use a DMM to trace out the wires.

i traced the wire and i was wrong..the 87 (yellow wire) actually goes to the blue wire on the pump and now my new problem is does anyone know which one is the wire that triggers the fuel pump? yellow with red stripe wire or the white with black stripes wire?

You lose the low/hi voltage feature of the ECU by doing this "hardwire mod". Depending on the upgraded fuel pump this can then overrun your stock FPR & return lines and cause erratic fueling at idle and out of boost conditions - FYI....

exactly what is happening to me now.

Just did this to my 2015
Blue wire is the signal wire you need to tap into (assuming they are the same across different years)
And for power you go straight to a battery with your fuse and relay in between
