Hello, im new in there and sorry for my bad englisch but i hope someone can help me with my Rockford Amp problem:

I got a Lancer CY 09 with the RF Amp, i bougt it already with a Pioneer AVIC 980 device, working good but the touchscreen is to smal and the map updates are to expensive.

So I bought a Tesla style device:

After installing the new Android Tesla device, everything works fine, gps, wifi, bluetooth, steering wheel remote... but there is no sound!

I contacted the seller immediately but i think he is kidding me, waited about 50 days now for the can bus adapter but nothing...just some massages that "its on the way" or "install a chat app to talk with a technican" and "open dispute to win a free refund"
So i thougt wtf and opened a dispute with him now, hope paypal can doit for me too, contacted them too... but i hope that i can fix the problem and use the device.

I read a lot of threads and watched a lot of youtube clips where some peopel dont use the canbus adapter... so how to fix the problem?

Strange is that the 18 pin pioneer device is only using 2 wires, one has something 12V and the other less than 0,60mV
