I'm pretty certain this was posted previously.
Be ready for the onslaught of questions about why the car in the picture appears to be a RS if the car is an MR. (that happened last time)
My guess then, and now, is that the picture is of the original test car HKS Kansai used and the description is of a second vehicle that hasn't been photographed.
I will be interested to see if we see similar results when the US tuners get a hold of the MR. Until then, many here seem to be skeptical.

There was an MR RS edition before...

Yeah it's kinda confusing (I explained this in another thread somewhere), but in Japan there is only the GSR and RS for the X...that's it! Instead of having a distinct GSR and MR model like the US, they have different packages for the GSR. One is a luxury package that adds the leather and exterior accents, one is a performance package that adds the BBS wheels, bilstein shocks, eibach springs, etc. They also have a "Premium" package (which would be the equivalent of the US MR) because it combines ALL of the packages together! However, the biggest difference between the 2 markets is that in Japan (on the GSR) you can choose either the 5-speed or TC-SST with ANY of the packages. In the Japanese brochure it lists the RS with only the 5-speed, so I could be mistaken, but every thing else (color, black highlights, no rear headrests, etc) matches up with the description of the RS...who knows what kind of Evo it started as...either way, it's no MR...but it is certainly bad a$$!
Never said there wasn't a "IX" MR RS or whatever, only referred to the X for which there is no such thing.
i'm sure they will come out with the X MR RS too later or out already.Basicly the MR RS is an RS trim level with the MR drive train goodies.
And looks on that picture that car is exactly what i'm saying.
RS trim/ no painted mirrors, door handles etc./ And MR drive train/ TC SST, etc/
but i can be wrong though..
I would love the MR RS in the states! you can call me the first buyer then!

BTW the said car is not equipped with SST as mentioned on the web .. They were actually referring to the RS which they got 382ps ..
Their SST is still as yet not modified much ..
