I don't think our EVO X will hit 400 on a Dynojet. Maybe 350'ish at best.

Believe me, I have my pink slip.

does this come with futher updates when available. I understand they have some CEL issues and still dont have full control of the MIVEC. your price is great and has me ready to pull my ECU and ship it . how quick are your turnarounds.

PS I have credit card in hand.

mksevo, we are not selling this yet. We are waiting for a few more updates to come from Ecutek first.

Turn around time is one day and then overnighted back to you. Shipping the ECU in is on "you" and if you overnight it the entire process should take only 3 days.

Good news Ecutek says the cel issue is resolved and an update will be issued to all dealers tomorrow

David

Our Evo X with

Buschur Intake
Buschur FMIC pipe
Buschur FMIC
Buschur MBC

And

Buschur Flash

made 350 TQ 340 Whp on a dyno jet with 93 octane

So with the Buschur Exhuast how much more would you expect we will make ?

I would expect a nice pickup with the exhaust. Can't wait to see the numbers!

First off, evorecordsetter, no offense but I will bet your EVO and the money to make up the difference for my car, against mine that you can't outdrive Trent, the driver of this car and my RS. Bring your EVO if you'd like the challenge for titles of the cars. The car has a stock clutch and weighs 3500+ pounds.

Next, for the last time, Shiv's tune also added boost to the car. Adding boost alone gained 60 whp on this car. The boost was already turned up on this car, this is fuel/timing tuning only for these gains.

The reflash with the Ecutek license and including overnight shipping back to you will be determined a little later. Our numbers are low, our dyno doesn't read redilulous numbers. It just ran the highest MPH of any EVO X to date at 111.4 and only made 280'ish, that should tell you something.

BTW, we do not sell, recommend or use ACT products. I'll wait for Exedy.
Ah, I didn't even think about the fact that shiv's gains were from a totally stock evo and that these gains are on top of mods with the boost already turned up. BTW, does the ecutek have full mivec control right now, or is that going to be added later? Also, what other things are going to be added down the road that aren't controllable yet, and what is the cell issue that you guys are having trouble with right now that ecutek just fixed? Is it the cat cell? Thanks man, and keep up the great work.

"evorecordsetter" you have been owned. Another nub bites the dust.

Man, this is the first I hear from buschur about tuning the ECU and the gains are fantastic. No boost increase and look at that butter smooth power band that is consistent. I like how you struggled to explain in a few sentences how in-consistent the not flashed EVO X can get after a few runs. I can vouch for it even with out a dyno simply by the feel of the car after a while of driving it. This is absolutely awesome progress and it makes me feel great for going with Buschur parts.

Damn what I wouldn't give for this really rocky and rough power band to go away. I will be going with a flash/tune eventually, but I am undecided now as of which one.

Thanks for the devotion towards the new X David, it is incredible how much there is already known about this car even though it seems like it was just released.

PS: do you plan on increasing the boost and seeing the results any time soon?

I wasn't trying to "own" anyone. I am stating a fact. I've seen a lot of drivers and I only know of a very few who can drive like Trent does. Running a 12 second car doesn't take a lot of talent, running 9's does. That's why I said my car and put it on the line.

Anyway, the CEL is for a TPS code. It is now fixed. The rear cat CEL is taken care of.

Updates on the flash would not be free but would be low cost.
