I was consistrently seeing 100-110%dc on our pump gas tests as well, but was able to keep afr to 11.5 even at the 370whp mark without any trouble. I think when you get that pump in there you'll be able to flatten it out. I think maybe the DC that we get to look at in the software is calculated not directly measured because before I started to lean it out, I saw numbers as high as 130%

I agree Tony. I think that the calculation is off for the overall IDC number that we see. None the less we are running out of fuel and need to get that pump in it.

I think I heard some tuning company already say that the walbro 255 won't just drop in, that it would have to have a custom fabricated mount to fit. Perhaps a company can come out with a kit soon. Although I will say this; I had 2 walbro 255 pumps fail on me back to back on my STi. The first one burned out after about 1 week, then I replaced it with another one (thinking that it was just a fluke) and it burned out after about 2 weeks.

I think that walbro makes a poorly made fuel pump and I don't trust them at all. You wouldn't either if you were left stranded on the side of the road TWICE and had to have your car towed to the dealer. Sadly, this is the staple fuel pump of choice in the tuner world and no one else that I know has had this happen to them. WTF?

And don't say that I installed it incorrectly either, because it's an easy install and it only goes in one way. I even had my friend, who is a master tech for subaru, help me install it. Are there any other options for in tank replacements? I just can never put another walbro in my car ever again after that, and I want to upgrade my fuel pump to get the most performance out of the big stock injectors as possible. Anyone have any info or ideas/suggestions?

Don't worry guys, if the car is running out of fuel at 350whp and a Walboro doesn't just drop in someone will mass produce the mount sooner than you think. If there's anything I have learned from following the X, the aftermarket is very quick on their feet!

My Walbro in my 320whp WRX worked just fine, but the car did run out of fuel before it even reached the E line. I just had to keep a closer eye on my fuel level.
