I was talking with another tuner about this the other day. Ecutek writes to the older Subaru and Evolution IX ecus substantially faster than the Evolution X. For Subarus, Ecutek writes the fastest of anything he has used.

Ya, i know, just not enough time lately! Still trying to figure out the time machine. Our Dynapack is not new so there are some differences in how the graphs look and the ultimate power they can hold.

Actually its the whole map, not just the Mivec. I was just saying how its slow and time consuming testing Mivec map changes because of how slow it is.

I think this has to do with them making sure the ECU's can take the info that fast. Its only a 1MB file thats loaded, but if you watch how fast it flashes, overall its going kind of slow. Its better to write slow and accurate than fast and mis some data. I am sure as time passes they will push the speed at which it flashes. At least that is my guess.
