Shootout mode is "estimated flywheel horsepower". He's showing that number because some are not used to seeing dynos that read substantially lower than dynojets or dynapaks.

To make matters more confusing, some dyno dynamics operators have caved in to putting a correction in their dyno to make it read higher like a dynojet. Andrew does not practice this.

So I'm assuming the factory reflash is attributed to the higher baseline that you are used to on your dyno
