waiting for a tune?

just spoke with Tamer from 4ws the other day. He said that i would need to wait about a month for the software to come out before i should get a tune. I asked him about getting the vishnu proceed and he said that would basically be a waste of money since its about to become old technology. Whats your opinion on this? my goal is to get my X to run a mid to low 12 on the 1/4. Im assuming i can do this for under $1500 with exhaust and a badass tune? Is it worth waiting for or is there something else i could do that will yeild the same gains for the same $$$?

I would wait for Ecu Flash to come out. Or just get an Ecutek tune if you cannot wait. Those are your best options IMO. It's what I'm doing. One or the other.
