Anyone have any experiences with these? If so, what are the pros and cons?

Are there any other good knock monitors/loggers out that will work on the EvoX?

 

major con, they just measure voltage which is a crappy way of loggin knock.

uhhmm..

you know thats how the ECU measures knock too right?

the sensor puts out a certain voltage etc...

 

Umm the fastory knock control system uses a lot more then just voltage, there is filter maps and such.

I have logged strait knock sensor before on more then one occasion. Like I said, its a crappy way to log knock, or more importantly, knock sum.

 

so what is a good way to monitor knock?

 

log with evoscan, logworks, etc, from time to time

 

oh i didnt think it worked for the x, is there a new version or something?

 

No it doesn't work for the X yet....
